The pre-filters that Injen make are made from high quality, hard wearing, and flexible polyester. They know just what makes your car perform and by purchasing a pre-filter you'll be making sure that engine harming microscopic dirt particles are blocked in their tracks.
The Injen hydro shield pre-filter has a water repellent outer coating and is crafted using a specially formulated hydrophobic procedure. This creates uniform micron openings which filter out debris of 0.005" or larger while purifying oxygen and repelling water. This means steady air flow which in turn means better horsepower and torque.
By using an Injen pre-filter you're ensuring your air filter runs smoothly and is protected from unwanted blockages which reduce the risk of engine damage that can come about because of unnecessary debris. The special micron opening is what filters unwanted engine debris and provides water repellence. FAQ - What is a car pre filter, and how can it help my car perform?
A car pre-filter attaches to your cars air filter helping to block out any unwanted debris BEFORE it gets to your car filter. Obviously your car filter is there to filter the debris out, but by having a pre-filter attached to your car filter, you're making doubly sure that your car engine is kept clean and debris free, helping to save on those costly car repairs.

I. Inspection
Buyer shall inspect and reconcile all inbound shipments from EINJEN.COM within seven (7) working days. Claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must be submitted to EINJEN.COM no more than ten (10) working days following Buyer's receipt of shipment.
II. Returns, Defective and Damaged Merchandise
Freight damaged merchandise will not be accepted by einjen.com. The customer should contact the carrier for reimbursement procedures. EInjen takes every measure to carefully package and stabilize the package contents before shipping. All shipments are fully insured. Carrier mis-handling is not within eInjen.com's control.
EInjen does not accept returns for manufacturer's defect. einjen.com will help with arrangements to ship the defective part to the manufacturer for replacement if needed. The customer should contact the manufacturer directly for resolution.
III. A Returned Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") form must be filled out by the Buyer and Approved by EINJEN.COM prior to any return. A Refund or Store Credit will be issued to Buyer upon receipt of the RMA. All refunds will be processed by the same manner as they were received by EInjen. Example: Credit Card, Debit Card, Etc.
The following guidelines apply:
The RMA number should be clearly indicated on the return package(s).
All returns must be shipped "pre-paid" and fully "insured."
Return packages with unpaid or freight charges due will be refused and returned to customer.
EInjen will return to the customer any and all "freight damaged" packages.
Returns must be received by eInjen.com within 10 calendar days after the RMA number has been issued. Note: "RMA" numbers are void after the aforementioned 10 calendar days. If the RMA expires, the customer will be required to contact EInjen for a new RMA number.
IV. Returns Or Exchanges for Good Merchandise
Returns of good merchandise may be accepted by EINJEN.COM in its sole discretion under the following conditions:
Return/Exchange of merchandise in totally re-saleable condition, without markings on the original packaging. Accepted return will be assessed a 25% restocking charge.
Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled, mis-used, or otherwise defaced will NOT be accepted for return.
Merchandise classified by EINJEN.COM as TBD (To Be Discontinued), or DC (Discontinued), may NOT be returned for credit.
Buyer must pay all return transportation charges.
V. Custom and/or Special Orders - Cancellations and/or Refunds, including Deposit will NOT be accepted or issued on these orders.
Any returns for or quality or application (fit) issues will require high quality digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager before an RMA is approved.
Order cancellations will take up to 48 hours after a cancellation is requested before the order is officially cancelled and money processed for return.
Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 14 calendar days after the ship date indicated by EINJEN.COM .
Please be advised that EINJEN.com reserves the right in advance to refuse any return if we deem that return does not meet our return policy criteria.
